ALMALLAH Diagnostics tests your iPhone or iPad's hardware: display, touch, cameras, flash, speakers, microphones, Face ID / Touch ID, sensors, buttons, vibration, wireless, battery and charging. It is free, with no account.

Some tests are device-dependent and may require permissions or your direct confirmation. Not all tests can provide automatic measurements.

How to use it

01 / START

Run diagnostics

Open the app and tap Run Full Diagnostics, or choose a single test.

02 / PERMISSIONS

Allow a test

Allow access when a test asks (camera, microphone, location, motion). Each permission is only for that test.

03 / REPORT

Share results

Tap Share PDF Report to send the results.

What the results mean

Passed · VerifiedMeasured by the app on your device.
Passed · ConfirmedWhat you saw, heard or felt.
Not determined / UnsupportedThe app could not establish a result, or the part does not exist on this model.

Why can't the app show battery health or the serial number?

iOS does not make them available to apps. A repair shop using ALMALLAH Operations on a Mac can read them over the USB cable.

For repair shops

To connect your device to a shop's Mac:

  1. Connect the device by cable.
  2. Open ALMALLAH Diagnostics.
  3. Tap Connect when your device asks.
